Latino Initiative EditorSabrina Herrera is editor of the Latino Initiative at º£½Ç»»ÆÞ. Through listening sessions, bilingual reporting, and expanded programming & engagement opportunities, ¡Somos º£½Ç»»ÆÞ! aims to uplift Latine stories and increase Latine representation in news coverage. Sabrina is also host of the narrative podcast, Generation Barney.
Sabrina has held many roles at º£½Ç»»ÆÞ, including Community Engagement and Social Media Editor, where she laid the groundwork for the Latino Initiative, and built the station’s first social media team. She joined º£½Ç»»ÆÞ as the sole social media editor in 2021.
Sabrina also serves on the Board as Director of Engagement.
