Nurses and hospital administrators have negotiated unsuccessfully for several months over pay and other matters.

Nine months into negotiations, nurses at Windham Hospital are on strike over the next two days.

Windham Hospital could face a two-day nurses鈥� strike starting Sept. 22. Pay structures are the key point of contention, but union and hospital officials said they are ready to meet at the bargaining table.
